How I Stay Clean
Sioux does not have a shower. Four years later, I’ve got a system. It’s not glamorous. But it works.
Campsite showers
If I’m on a campsite — which I often am, especially in Spain — most have shower facilities. Quality varies wildly.
Gym memberships
Get a gym membership. Pure Gym and The Gym Group are cheap in the UK and have locations everywhere.
Wet wipes. So many wet wipes.
I am keeping the wet wipe industry afloat single-handedly. I use biodegradable ones.
River dips and wild swimming
Some of my favourite memories involve a river, sunshine, and cold water. Wild swimming is free and it counts.
Four Years In
